investigations

In most cases, an investigation will be triggered by an internal complaint.
assessments
workplace assessments are not triggered by a specific legal obligation. they are often triggered by an awareness of problems or concerns in the systems or structures of a workplace. assessments are a process designed to identify and address organizational issues to prevent interpersonal conflicts, a lack of engagement, or weak performance.
reviews
reviews may involve a peer review of another investigation or assessment. reviews might be necessary for an organization to understand what to do with an internal complaint. reviews may also involve a review of organizational hr documents and suggestions for updates or amendments.
consultation
consultation may be necessary when defining an issue or focus for your organization’s workplace. consultation may be required before making certain changes related to industrial and employment related instruments which govern the workplace.
